The following LINKS are provided as an evolving and continuing resource for understanding the individual rights to land and resources as existing paramount or ahead of any state nation claim: INDIGENOUS & ABORIGINAL PEOPLES : Definitions : all Peoples are indigenous and aboriginal : Therefore, in matters of land tenure it becomes a matter of acquisition or conquest by international law. Therefore, the question of dispute becomes one of the state / the corporation versus the individual : original entitlement and allocation for real value / fair market compensation. I.E., a nation state in creation, is merely a Trust Entity on behalf of a citizenry. Hence, the question : does the individual truly have a right at anytime to claim land tenure by virtue of a birth right? And, what relevance do international organizations - like the UN / IMF and World Bank - have in settlements of dispute in matters of war / insurrection / rebellion / claim by hereditary right. etc ? And, who possesses a recognized judicious right to make binding determinations in matters of dispute or claim; i.e., how do we establish respect in the judiciary in order to eliminate potentials of conflict of interest?
